Chicken Pot Pie Bubble-Up Bake
INGREDIENTS
- 3 c shredded chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup with herbs
- 2 c frozen peas & carrots
- 1 c frozen corn kernels
- 2 c shredded Co-Jack
- 1 can butter-flavored grand biscuits
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 400. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray
- In large bowl, combine chicken, and soup.
- Add veggies and cheese; stir until combined.
- Pour into baking dish; spread into even layer.
- Separate can of biscuits into 8 biscuits, cut each into quarters.
- Place in medium bowl; drizzle with butter. Toss to coat.
- Spread biscuit pieces over chicken mixture in pan.
- Bake 20-22 minutes or until biscuit pieces are thoroughly baked and center is bubbly.
