---++ Chicken Pot Pie Bubble-Up Bake ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 3 c shredded chicken * 2 cans cream of chicken soup with herbs * 2 c frozen peas & carrots * 1 c frozen corn kernels * 2 c shredded Co-Jack * 1 can butter-flavored grand biscuits * 2 Tbsp butter, melted ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 400. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray 1. In large bowl, combine chicken, and soup. 1. Add veggies and cheese; stir until combined. 1. Pour into baking dish; spread into even layer. 1. Separate can of biscuits into 8 biscuits, cut each into quarters. 1. Place in medium bowl; drizzle with butter. Toss to coat. 1.
