---++ Chicken with Walnuts and Pomegranate ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon * 3/4 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp salt * 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs * 2 Tbsp butter * 1 c coarsely ground walnuts * 2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses * 1.5 Tbsp tomato paste * 1 Tbsp lemon juice * 1/2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce ---+++ PREPARATION 1 Mix cinnamon, pepper, and salt in small bowl. Rub on chicken 1. Melt butter over medium in large skillet. Brown chicken about 3 minutes/side. 1. Place browned thighs in slow cooker, add walnuts and toss well. 1.
