---++ Chilled Avocado Soup ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 6 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled * 2 c chicken broth * 1/2 c water * 2 c half and half or light cream * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/4 tsp onion powder * dash ground white pepper * 2 Tbsp lemon juice ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Place 3 avocados in blender with 1 c chicken broth and 1/4 c water. 1. Process until smooth. 1. Pour into glass bowl 1. Repeat. 1. Stir in remaining ingredients. 1.
