Chocolate Ricotta Phyllo Shells
- 3/4 c ricotta
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 2.1 oz package baked miniature phyllo shells
PREPARATION
- For filling. In a medium bowl combine cheese, sugar, vanilla and cocoa. Stir until smooth. Fold in 2 Tbsp chips.
- Scoop filling into shells, sprinkle with remaining chips.
- Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours.
