---++ Chocolate Ricotta Phyllo Shells
   * 3/4 c ricotta
   * 1 Tbsp sugar
   * 1 tsp cocoa powder
   * 1/4 tsp vanilla
   * 3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
   * 1 2.1 oz package baked miniature phyllo shells
---+++ PREPARATION
   1 For filling. In a medium bowl combine cheese, sugar, vanilla and cocoa. Stir until smooth. Fold in 2 Tbsp chips.
   1 Scoop filling into shells, sprinkle with remaining chips.
   1 Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours.
