---++ Cider Pork Skillet ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1 Tbsp butter * 3 Tbsp flour * 1/2 c milk * 1/2 c chicken broth * 2 ribs celery, chopped * 1/2 c cider * 2 Tbsp dijon mustard * 1 Tbsp honey * 1 Tbsp EVOO * 4 pork chops ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Melt butter in saucepan over low. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. 1. Add milk broth and celery. 1. Bring to gentle boil and stir till thickened, about 3 minutes. 1. Remove from heat; add cider, mustard, and honey. 1. Season with salt and pepper; set aside. 1. Heat oil in large skillet. 1. Add pork and brown on both sides. 1.
