Corned Beef & Cabbage
INGREDIENTS
- 4 red potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
- 4 carrots, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 6 wedges
- 1 corned beef brisket, 2 - 3 lbs
- 1 bottle beer
- water
- cabbage
PREPARATION
- Place potatoes, carrots and onion in slow cooker.
- Top with corned beef, sprinkle with seasoning.
- Add beer and enough water to cover.
- Cook on HIGH 5-6 hours.
- Remove corned beef from crock
- Add wedges of cabbage; cook for 35 minutes.
