Cream Cheese Clouds

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 stick UNsalted butter
  • 3/4 c splenda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

PREPARATION

  1. Beat with electric mixer till fluffy
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper-lined baking sheet
  3. Freeze.

Store in freezer or cold fridge.
