---++ Cream Cheese Clouds
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 8 oz cream cheese
   * 1 stick UNsalted butter
   * 3/4 c splenda
   * 1/2 tsp vanilla
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Beat with electric mixer till fluffy
   1. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper-lined baking sheet
   1. Freeze.

Store in freezer or cold fridge.
