---++ Cream of Asparagus Soup *Ingredients* | 1.5 lbs | asparagus | | 1/2 | onion | | 1 small | potato, chopped | | 4 c | vegetable broth | | 1/2 tsp | seasoned salt | | 1/2 c | half & half | wash and trim the ends of the asparagus. Cut into 2-inch lengths. Add to the crock along with onion and potatoes.
