---++ Cream of Mushroom Soup *Ingredients* | 2 lbs | mushrooms | | | salt and pepper | | 1 Tbsp | dried minced onion | | 2 Tbsp | Italian seasoning | | 1 Tbsp | lemon juice | | 4 c | vegetable broth | | 2 c | water | | 4 c | milk | If mushrooms are whole, clean and quarter.
