Creamy Egg Custard
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 c heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 c splenda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon and/or nutmeg
PREPARATION
- Whisk ingredients except spice(s).
- Strain into a shallow baking dish (the swirly casserole)
- Set the dish in a 13" x 9" pan and add water to 1" depth.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until set.
- Chill well before serving.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
