---++ Creamy Ham & Wild Rice Soup
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 c cooked diced ham
   * 1 c carrot shreds
   * 3/4 c wild rice
   * 1 onion, chopped
   * 1 can chicken broth
   * 1 can cream of celery soup
   * 1/4 tsp pepper
   * 3 c water
   * 1 c half-and-half
   * 1/4 c sliced almonds
   * 2 Tbsp sherry
   * 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Spray round crock with cooking spray
   1. Mix all ingredients except half-and-half, almonds, sherry, and parsley
   1. Cover, cook on LOW 7-8 hours
   1. Stir in remaining ingredients.
   1. Cover, cook on HIGH 15 minutes.
