Creamy Meatball Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 20-oz pkg, refrigerated red-skin potatoes
- 1 lb frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 pkg stir-fry veggies
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
- Transfer to 13" x 9" pan.
- Cover with foil; bake for one hour.
