---++ Creamy Meatball Casserole
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 can cream of onion soup
   * 1 c milk
   * 1/2 c sour cream
   * 1/2 tsp salt
   * 1/8 tsp pepper
   * 1 20-oz pkg, refrigerated red-skin potatoes
   * 1 lb frozen cooked meatballs
   * 1 pkg stir-fry veggies
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 375.
   1. In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
   1. Transfer to 13" x 9" pan.
   1. Cover with foil; bake for one hour.
