Creamy Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c sour cream
PREPARATION
- Season pork with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in skillet and add pork; brown on both sides, about 3 minutes each.
- Remove and set aside.
- Add butter, onion, and mushrooms to pan. Cook 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in broth, flour, and sour cream.
- Place pork on top; cover.
- Cook 8 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
- Serve pork with gravy.
