---++ Crock Pot Potato Soup ---+++ Ingredients * 1 26-30 ounce bag frozen hash browns * 2 14 ounce cans non-fat chicken broth * 1 10-3/4 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup * 1/2 onion, chopped * 1/4 tsp pepper * salt to taste * 1 8oz pkg Neufchatel cheese * 1 cup milk ---+++ Preparation 1 Add first 6 ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for an hour 2 Stir and then turn to low for another hour. 3 Add cream cheese and cook another 1/2 hour or until cheese can be stirred in 4 Add milk and cook 15 minutes longer -- Main.JMagGuthrie - 03 Nov 2013
