---++ Crock Pot Spinach Alfredo Lasagna ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed * 2.5 c shredded Italian cheese blend * 2 jars alfredo sauce (15 oz ea) * 12 oven-ready lasagna noodles * 3 c cooked chicken * 1/2 c shredded Parmesan ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Spray medium crock with cooking spray. 1. in large bowl mix 1 c cheese blend with both jars alfredo 1. In slow cooker, spread 1/4 alfredo mixture. 1. Layer with 3 noodles, breaking as needed; 1/3 of the chicken; 1/3 of the spinach and 1/2 c of cheese. 1. Repeat layers twice. 1. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and paremsan. 1.
