---++ Crockpot 5-Cheese Spinach Dip ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1 12-oz jar roasted red peppers * 1 6 1/2-oz jar marinated, quartered artichoke hearts * 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed * 8 oz Mozzarella Fresca, cubed * 1 1/2 c (6 oz) shredded Asiago * 6 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed * 1 c (4 oz) crumbled Feta * 1/3 c shredded provalone * 1/3 c minced fresh basll * 1/4 c finely chopped red onion * 2 Tbsp mayonnaise * 2 cloves garlic, minced ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Drain peppers, reserving 1 Tbsp liquid. Chop. 1. Drain artichokes, reserving 2 Tbsp liquid. Chop. 1. Spray 3-qr slow cooker with cooking spray. 1. Combine spinach, cheeses, basil, onion, mayonnaise, garlic artichoke hearts, and peppers. Stir in reserved liquids. 1. Cook on high 2 hours. 1. Stir. Cook 30-60 minutes longer. 1.
