---++ Crockpot Lasagna ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 1 lb bulk Italian sausage * 1 onion, chopped * 3 15-oz cans Italian-style tomato sauce * 2 tsp dried basil * 1 tsp salt * 2 c shredded Mozzarella * 1 15-oz container ricotta * 1 c grated Parmesan * 15 oven-ready lasagna noodles ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Cook sausage and onion in mondo skillet over medium 6-8 minutes until sausage is no longer pink. 1. Drain; stir in tomato sauce, basil, and salt. 1. Mix 1 cup of the mozzarella with the ricotta and Parmesan. 1. Spoon 1/4 of the sausage mixture into large crockpot. Top with 5 noodles, broken to fit. 1. Spread with half the cheese mixture, and 1/4 of the sausage mixture. 1. Top with 5 noodles, remaining cheese mixture, and 1/4 of the sausage mixture. 1. Top with remaining noodles and remaining sausage mixture. 1. Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours. 1. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
