Crockpot Reuben Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb corned beef, chopped
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained and snipped
- 1-1/2 c shredded Swiss
- 1 c thousand island dressing
- 3 oz cream cheese, cut up
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- Rye crisp bread or rye crackers
PREPARATION
- in 4-qt slow cooker, combine ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours
- Stir before serving.
- Serve with rye crisp bread or rye crackers
