---++ Crockpot Reuben Dip
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 lb corned beef, chopped
   * 1 can sauerkraut, drained and snipped
   * 1-1/2 c shredded Swiss
   * 1 c thousand island dressing
   * 3 oz cream cheese, cut up
   * 1 Tbsp horseradish
   * 1 tsp caraway seeds
   * Rye crisp bread or rye crackers
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. in 4-qt slow cooker, combine ingredients.   
   1. Cover and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours
   1. Stir before serving.
   1. Serve with rye crisp  bread or rye crackers
