Curried Butternut Squash
INGREDIENTS
- 2 butternut squashes, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 tsp jar garlic
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 c water
- pinch cayenne
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure squash is completely coated.
- Transfer to the slow cooker, cover, cook on low 5-6 hours.
