---++ Curried Butternut Squash ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 2 butternut squashes, peeled and cut into small pieces * 2 Tbsp EVOO * 2 tsp jar garlic * 1 tsp curry powder * 1 tsp turmeric * 1/2 tsp cumin * 1 tsp salt * 1/4 c water * pinch cayenne ---+++ PREPARATION 1.
