Dark Chocolate Tea Bark

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz good semisweet chocolate
  • 8 oz good bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/4 c tea leaves (green with herbal or floral)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

PREPARATION

  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
  2. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment.
  3. Pour melted chocolate into prepared pan.
  4. Immediately sprinkle with tea, then sea salt
  5. Cool 2 hours or until firm; cut with chef's knife.
