Dark Chocolate Tea Bark
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz good semisweet chocolate
- 8 oz good bittersweet chocolate
- 1/4 c tea leaves (green with herbal or floral)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
PREPARATION
- Melt chocolate in double boiler.
- Line rimmed baking pan with parchment.
- Pour melted chocolate into prepared pan.
- Immediately sprinkle with tea, then sea salt
- Cool 2 hours or until firm; cut with chef's knife.
