---++ Dark Chocolate Tea Bark
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 8 oz good semisweet chocolate
   * 8 oz good bittersweet chocolate
   * 1/4 c tea leaves (green with herbal or floral)
   * 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
---+++ PREPARATION
   1 Melt chocolate in double boiler.
   1 Line rimmed baking pan with parchment.
   1 Pour melted chocolate into prepared pan.
   1 Immediately sprinkle with tea, then sea salt
   1 Cool 2 hours or until firm; cut with chef's knife.
