---++ Dark Chocolate Tea Bark
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 8 oz good semisweet chocolate
   * 8 oz good bittersweet chocolate
   * 1/4 c tea leaves (green with herbal or flrarl)
   * 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes 
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
   1. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment.
   1. Pour melted chocolate into prepared pan.
   1. Immediately sprinkle with tea, then sea salt
   1. Cool 2 hours or until firm; cut with chef's knife.
