Dark Chocolate Tea Bark
INGREDIENTS
8 oz good semisweet chocolate
8 oz good bittersweet chocolate
1/4 c tea leaves (green with herbal or flrarl)
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
PREPARATION
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Line rimmed baking pan with parchment.
Pour melted chocolate into prepared pan.
Immediately sprinkle with tea, then sea salt
Cool 2 hours or until firm; cut with chef's knife.
