Easy Shepherd's Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pouches mashed potatoes
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 c each, frozen corn and frozen peas & carrots blend
  • 1 envelope 2 c brown gravy mix
  • 2 c shredded cheddar

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Stir in 1 c cheddar.
  3. Make gravy in 4c measuring cup.
  4. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  5. Add vegetables and gravy to meat; mix well.
  6. Spoon into 13"x9" baking dish; cover with prepared potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
  8. Bake 25 to 35 min. or until heated through and lightly browned.
