---++ Easy Shepherd's Pie
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 pouches mashed potatoes
   * 2 lb. lean ground beef
   * 1 c each, frozen corn and frozen peas & carrots blend
   * 1 envelope 2 c brown gravy mix
   * 2 c shredded cheddar

---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 400.
   1. Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Stir in 1 c cheddar.
   1. Make gravy in 4c measuring cup.
   1. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain.
   1. Add vegetables and gravy to meat; mix well. 
   1. Spoon into 13"x9" baking dish; cover with prepared potatoes.
   1. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
   1. Bake 25 to 35 min. or until heated through and lightly browned.
