---++ Eye Balls
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 lbs ground beef
   * 1 pkg stuffing mix for chicken
   * 1 c water
   * 2 eggs
   * 1 jar pasta sauce, divided
   * 4 sticks string Mozzerella, cut into quarters.
   * Whole pitted klamatas
   * 1 spaghetti squash
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 400
   1. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs, and 1/4 c pasta sauce.
   1. Shape into 16 meatballs.
   1. Insert piece of string cheese into the top with end of cheese just sticking up.
   1. Place on baking sheet.  Top each with a slice of kalamta to resemble eye ball.
   1. Bake 25 minutes.  \
   1. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti squash in microwave.
   1. Heat pasta sauce.
   1. Place spaghetti squash on plate, cover with sauce and eyeballs.
