   * J-Mag will drink herbal tea every night
   * Jonathan will enter receipts in a timely fashion
   * Jonathan will work with Robert to have a computer for him

---++ Issues

   * There are a handful of ant piles in the back yard
   * Curtains are not-quite falling down
   * HOA hates the gate
   * Jonathan lost his shorts
   * Iker has 3GB of RAM and that is insufficient

---++ Deals in Place

   * Cooking dinner is worth Karma, and not money, unless agreed upon beforehand.
   * Iker will empty the dishwasher and T-Bob will arrange for it to be loaded and run. In exchange, Iker gets Google Play gift cards periodically so she can buy apps for her tablet and T-Bob gets Amazon gift cards.
   * Iker will receive $8/hr for cleaning in gift cards.
