---++ foo Mini Pies
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1/2 c baking mix
   * 1/2 c milk
   * 2 eggs
   * 3 cups foo
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Preheat oven to 375.  Spray a regular muffin pan with cooking spray.
   1. Combine baking mix, milk and eggs to make base mixture.
   1. Put 1 Tbsp of base in each muffin hole.
   1. Put 1/4 c foo in each hole.
   1. Top with 1 Tbsp base.
   1. Bake for 30 minutes.
