French Onion Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg stuffing for chicken
- 1.5 c hot water
- 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
PREPARATION
- Cook chops and onion in mondo skillet on medium-high for 8 minutes; turning chops and stirring onions after 4 minutes.
- Remove chops from skillet (they will NOT be cooked)
- Cook onions 5 minutes or until golden.
- Stir in Worcestershire. Return chops to skillet, spoon onions over chops.
- Combine stuffing mix and water; spoon around edge of skillet.
- Top chops and stuffing with cheese.
- Cover; cook until pork is 145 (about 5 minutes)
- Remove from heat; let stand 3 minutes before serving.
