---++ French Onion Pork Chops ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 4 boneless pork chops * 2 onions, thinly sliced * 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 1 pkg stuffing for chicken * 1.5 c hot water * 1 c shredded Swiss cheese ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Cook chops and onion in mondo skillet on medium-high for 8 minutes; turning chops and stirring onions after 4 minutes. 1. Remove chops from skillet (they will NOT be cooked) 1. Cook onions 5 minutes or until golden. 1. Stir in Worcestershire. Return chops to skillet, spoon onions over chops. 1. Combine stuffing mix and water; spoon around edge of skillet. 1. Top chops and stuffing with cheese. 1. Cover; cook until pork is 145 (about 5 minutes) 1. Remove from heat; let stand 3 minutes before serving.
