Garlic Sherry Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless
- 1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp jar garlic
- 1/2 c sherry
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
PREPARATION
- Put chicken in slow cooker, sprinkle with salad dressing mix, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Pour soup over chicken.
- Cover, cook on LOW 7 hours.
- At the seven hour mark, heat garlic, sherry, cream cheese and sour cream in small saucepan until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture over chicken, cover and cook an additional 45 minutes.
