General Tso's Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut in 1" chunks
- 3 Tbsp jarred garlic
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 2 tsp dried ginger
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- 2 16oz pkg stir-fry veggies
Preparation
- Put chicken in the bottom of the crock.
- Add garlic, brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, red pepper
- Toss to coat chicken evenly.
- Cover and cook on low 5/6 hours.
- Add veggies. Cover and cook for an hour on High.
- Serve over brown rice.
