German Pork Roast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can sauerkraut with caraway seeds
- 1 pork roast about 2-1/2 lbs
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp dijonnaise
- 1 c beer
PREPARATION
- Place sauerkraut in crock.
- Salt and pepper pork; spread with dijonnaise
- Place roast on sauerkraut.
- Pour beer over all.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Slice and serve with sauerkraut
