Ginger Peach Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 2 breasts or 4 thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12-oz bag frozen peach slices
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp coriander
PREPARATION
To Freeze
- Label gallon bag.
- Place ingredients in bag.
- Freeze flat.
To Cook
- Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
- Pour into slow cooker.
- Cover, cook on LOW 8 hours.
- Serve with rice.
