Greek Pasta Salad

12 servings - 3 points/serving - 1 starch

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty CrockerŽ Suddenly SaladŽ Caesar pasta salad mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 small cucumber, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion, slices cut in half
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese (1 cup)
  • 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained

Preparation

  1. Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.
  3. In large bowl, stir together seasoning mix, oil and water. Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients.
