Greek Shredded Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1/2 c kalamata pieces
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1.25 c water
- 1/4 c crumbled feta
PREPARATION
- Place chicken in slow cooker
- Season with seasonings.
- Top with onion, olives, lemon juice, and water.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.
- Transfer chicken to large bowl and shred.
- Return to crock.
- Serve with slotted spoon.
- Serve over rice or orzo.
