Honey Lime Chicken with Butternut Squash
INGREDIENTS (for each)
- 1 lb cubed fresh butternut squash
- 1/4 c EVOO
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 packet Grill Mates Mojito Lime marinade
- 2 chicken breasts
PREPARATION
To Freeze
- Label bag
- Add all ingredients
To Cook
- Thaw overnight in fridge.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours
- Serve with rice.
