   * 3 lbs russets, chopped
   * 1/2 c Italian dressing
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 425 (says 375)
   1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
   1. Add potatoes; drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
   1. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until tender.
