Italian Wedding Soup

INGREDIENTS ( for each)

  • 12 oz frozen small meatballs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb carrots, sliced thin (about 4)
  • 1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning

  • 2 boxes chicken broth or stock
  • 1/2 c uncooked pasta blend

PREPARATION

To Freeze

  1. Put all ingredients except broth and pasta in gallon bag.
  2. Freeze.

To Cook Frozen

  1. Thaw overnight in fridge
  2. Place in crockpot with broth or stock.
  3. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  4. Add pasta, cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.

To Cook Without Freezing

  1. Place all items in crockpot except pasta.
  2. Cook on LOW 6 hours.
  3. Add pasta, cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
