Italian Wedding Soup
INGREDIENTS ( for each)
- 12 oz frozen small meatballs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 lb carrots, sliced thin (about 4)
- 1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 2 boxes chicken broth or stock
- 1/2 c uncooked pasta blend
PREPARATION
To Freeze
- Put all ingredients except broth and pasta in gallon bag.
- Freeze.
To Cook Frozen
- Thaw overnight in fridge
- Place in crockpot with broth or stock.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Add pasta, cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
To Cook Without Freezing
- Place all items in crockpot except pasta.
- Cook on LOW 6 hours.
- Add pasta, cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
