---++ Italian Wedding Soup ---+++ INGREDIENTS ( for each) * 12 oz frozen small meatballs * 1 onion, diced * 1/2 lb carrots, sliced thin (about 4) * 1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed * 1 Tbsp Worcestershire * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp garlic salt * 1 tsp steak seasoning * 2 boxes chicken broth or stock * 1/2 c uncooked pasta blend ---+++ PREPARATION ---++++ To Freeze 1. Put all ingredients except broth and pasta in gallon bag. 1. Freeze. ---++++ To Cook Frozen 1. Thaw overnight in fridge 1. Place in crockpot with broth or stock. 1. Cook on LOW for 6 hours. 1. Add pasta, cook on HIGH for 30 minutes. ---++++ To Cook Without Freezing 1. Place all items in crockpot except pasta. 1. Cook on LOW 6 hours. 1. Add pasta, cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
