---++ Kung Pao Beef ---+++ Ingredients | 1/4 c | Teriyaki sauce | | 1 Tbsp | cornstarch | | 1 tsp | crushed red pepper | | 1/2 tsp | ginger | | 1.5 lbs | beef, thinly sliced | | 1 Tbsp | vegetable oil | | 1/3 c | dry roasted unsalted peanuts | | 4 scallions | thinly sliced | ---+++ Preparation In a large bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, cornstarch, red pepper and ginger. Add beef, toss to coat. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over high. Add the steak mixture; cook for 5-7 minutes. stirring constantly Sprinkle with peanuts and scallions.
