---++ Lazy Roast
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 3-4 lb beef roast
   * 2 packets Italian dressing mix
   * 2 packets ranch dressing mix
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Put roast in slow cooker with NOTHING ELSE.
   1. Cover, cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
   1. Remove roast to cutting board and shred with two forks
   1. Mix dressing mixes into juice in slow cooker.
   1. Add meat back
   1. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or on buns.
