Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp jar garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 c white wine
PREPARATION
- Combine herbs, salt and pepper.
- Place 1/3 of garlic in bottom of slow cooker
- Season chicken with herb/salt mixture and place in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle remaining garlic over chicken, then press down on chicken.
- Combine wine and lemon juice and pour over chicken.
- Cover, cook on LOW 8 hours.
