---++ Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs ---+++ INGREDIENTS * 8 chicken thighs * 1/2 c lemon juice * 2 Tbsp jar garlic * 1 tsp oregano * 1 tsp basil * 2 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp pepper * 1 c white wine ---+++ PREPARATION 1. Combine herbs, salt and pepper. 1. Place 1/3 of garlic in bottom of slow cooker 1. Season chicken with herb/salt mixture and place in slow cooker. 1. Sprinkle remaining garlic over chicken, then press down on chicken. 1. Combine wine and lemon juice and pour over chicken. 1. Cover, cook on LOW 8 hours. -- Main.JMagGuthrie - 19 May 2014
